At Transpose Therapy and Wellness, we believe every young person deserves to feel confident, connected, and capable.
Finding your people can feel especially challenging when you're autistic or have ADHD, even within neurodiverse spaces. Our small, supportive group is designed specifically for young adults who may feel like they don't quite fit into typical social groups or existing neurodivergent communities.
In a judgment-free environment, we'll explore social connection through board games, practice communication skills in real-time, and support each other through life's ups and downs. This isn't about masking or changing who you are—it's about building genuine connections with others who truly understand your experience.
Our approach honours autistic and ADHD ways of being while gently expanding comfort zones at each person's own pace. Whether you're navigating workplace relationships, friendships, or just want to connect with peers who "get it," this group offers a safe space to practice, learn, and belong.
